Get indexed by Google in ONE Week Instead of four

By Lars Lingelem

You have just finished your site and now it is time to add it to the search engines, but as we all know it can go weeks before Google (which is the biggest search engine, with more than 200 million searches per day) will index your page.

While your site is not listed in Google you are loosing big time compared to you competition that already have their site listed and receives a good amount of traffic. Of course there are also other factors that comes to play when indexing your page and trying to get a good rank.

To get a lot of traffic from google you will need to be in the top 3 pages for the keywords you chose to use, and remember it might be better to use keywords where the competition is not that hard. It is better to be on top on a keyword that get searched for 100 times a day, than being on page four of a keyword that get searched for 1000 times a day.

You can use tools like Wordtracker or ad word analyzer to find great keywords for you site.

Back to getting indexed.

You should have at least one link to your site from another site that is already listed in Google. This should be no problem at all as you would only have to go into highly ranked forums and discussion boards and start writing short articles, ask some questions or something else that relates to your site.

As most forum and discussion boards allow for users to ad their signature at the end of the articles you will soon have your site listed as google re-index active sites every 5-7 days.

The more forums and discussion boards you participate in the bigger the chance for a higher rank is, remember that the more pages linking back to your site helps get a better position in the search engines.

Another lazy way is to use Google Adwords to get your site listed, but it is never as good as writing your own stuff.

Good luck.
